PYMTECH S.A.S, a Colombian company, is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. For any request about your data, email us at info@pymtech-co.com.
Data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email, company or project, phone/WhatsApp and your message. In addition, when you browse the site we automatically collect technical and usage data (pages viewed, device and browser type, and cookie identifiers) through measurement and advertising tools —see the Cookies section—. We don't request sensitive data through this site, nor do we make automated decisions producing legal effects on you.
We use your data solely to answer your request, contact you about your project and follow up on the conversation you started. We don't sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Processing is based on your prior, express and informed consent, under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 (personal data protection / habeas data).
As the data owner you may access, update, rectify and delete your data, and revoke the consent given. To exercise these rights, email us at info@pymtech-co.com with your request; we'll respond within the legal terms.
We keep your data only as long as needed for the stated purpose or while a commercial relationship exists; afterwards it is securely deleted or anonymized.
We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data. The form includes anti-spam protection and information travels encrypted (HTTPS).
The site runs on AWS infrastructure. When we build software for clients, data may live in the client's own cloud account or in ours under contract, as agreed.
We rely on providers that may process data outside Colombia: Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta pixel, for measurement and advertising, in the United States), Cloudflare, Inc. (form anti-bot protection) and Amazon Web Services (hosting). These international transfers are made solely for the purposes described in this policy and in line with Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012.
We use two kinds of cookies and similar technologies: (1) strictly necessary, for the site to work and for the form's anti-spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile); and (2) measurement and advertising —in particular the Meta pixel (Facebook/Instagram)—, which let us measure our campaigns' effectiveness and show you relevant ads on Meta's platforms. You can disable them from your browser settings and manage interest-based advertising in your Facebook/Instagram account's ad settings.
We may update this policy; the current version will be published on this page with its update date.
